At first this MASCARA worked great for the 1st few days and then it went downhill the masacara started to crumble through the day and flake all over my face..... didnt really like the mascara!!!

I have never ever EVER in my whole entire life received more compliments on my eyes than I have since getting this mascara. I'm regularly asked if my lashes are real, and I feel that my eyes are the first part of me that anyone notices. It definitely didn't used to be that way! Buy this stuff! It works magic!

This is the blackest mascara ever! I always use a volumizing mascara, of no preference, and then apply zoom lash in black to the tips/ends for the best lengthening and darkening of my lashes. This mascara isn't volumizing enough for me due to my very thin lashes. But, with my technique I always get compliments on how long and gorgeous my lashes look. I highly recommend this product and it is a staple in my bag.

i really like this mascara i dont have to use my eye lash curler when i use this because it curls my lashes really good... i get lots of compliments on my eyelashes when i wear this...

I have very skimpy lashes and zoom lash is the best i have found for making them stand out. I have tried several others through the years but I always come back to Zoom Lash - I love it!

If you have nonexistent lashes, like myself...this mascara is a god-send. It can get clumpy, but I just comb out the excess because in trade for a little extra work you get luciousness.
You name it, I've tried it as far as mascara. I only ended up trying this because I got a sample and I just about had a seizure from the results. I went and bought 2 more...is that excessive? Yes, because I want to make sure I am never without it when I am on the road...IT'S THAT AWESOME.

As a redhead, I have struggled to find flattering mascara, eventually ordering from a specialty company, which provided a good color but not-so-good formula. So, when I got the email saying New Hue is great for redheads, I jumped right on it. When it arrived, I ran down to meet the UPS driver, ran right back up, opened the box and put it on. Whoa! My lashes are ridiculously long--I don't think I've ever seen them like this--and the color is indeed gorgeous. So I popped over to write a review and am stunned to see so many having trouble with application. Seriously, I am no makeup artist, and this was effortless. One swipe and my lashes are deep, defined and long, long, long!

Just bought Zoom Lash New Hue yesterday--it's my first MAC mascara. It enhanced my sparse, short lashes, especially the length. Not dramatically, but a definite improvement. I did not get clumps; it went on smoothly. But I do take my time with mascara.
Now for the BEST PART: the color: NEW HUE. It really makes my green eyes pop, along with a similarly colored eyeliner and shadow!!!
PLEASE, MAC, keep this color as one of your forever colors!

Very gloppy. Goes on clumpy. Doesn't last either. After a short time, you're left with dark smudge marks under your eyes. Terrible product.

I have very long lashes and this mascara came out too gloppy, I felt that the brush was very short and it was hard to use for my lashes. I wish the bristles were more spread so that it was not constantly making my eyelashes stick together. i say "meh" to this one.

Ok, I am going to be honest, I love this mascara but it takes patience to get to best overall look. If you aren't patient and don't apply mascara correctly, this is not a product for you. The brush has way too much mascara when you pull it out of the tube, you will need to wipe it either on the hole in the tube, or wipe in on a tissue, if you don't do this, you will have problems. Then you have to apply correctly, by moving left to right up the lash, apply on two coats and you MUST have a lash comb, if you do this, you will have the most amazingly long and dramatic lashes, and if not, you will get clumpy spider lashes.

It was my first time buying MAC, my best friend convinced me it was good quality. So I bought this mascara and a lip gloss, I HATE HATE HATE this mascara.
The brush does a terrible job at collecting the mascara as it grabs way too much. Every touch in my eye lashes felt like I was adding a lb of mascara. Also, because the brush collects too much mascara, when it goes back in, the residue is so much it even overflowed I had to clean the outside of the mascara so my other cosmetics wouldn't get dirty and all black.
I tried cleaning the brush before applying it, and it was a little better but, overall it just looked cheap. I should've just took $15 and throw them on the trash. NEVER AGAIN will I buy this product.

I first tried Zoom Lash several years ago - I was not totally impressed as the mascara seemed messy and gloppy and although it's a good lenthener, I didn't feel I was getting much definition or thickness when using this product alone. Over the years, I have found that I like to use Zoom Lash after I have thickened and defined my lashes with several coats of ProLash. There's something about the Zoom Lash brush/mascara combination that both lengthens and curls the lashes after the other product is applied. Maybe it's just the brush alone - I'm not sure, but I do like using both mascaras together. I get the length and definition I'm looking for.

I need mascara to give me fullness and length. I read great reviews on other sites for this product so I bought it.
It does give me thick, long lashes but if I'm not careful, it comes out of the tube a big gloppy mess. I don't like to waste products but I usually have to wipe the brush to get a lot of the product off and that doesn't make me happy...it's a waste.
I hope when I go back to purchase mascara again, the other higher end ones will be better.

Over the years, I've learned that with MAC products, it's either hit or miss, and this product was an off the charts FAIL! I thought I purchased a tube of the Green is Green and a tube of the High Esteem Zoom Lash Mascara Volume, but for some reason I received two tubes of the High Esteem. I rarely buy mascara because it always seems to be the case that within the first two or three weeks, the bristles appear used and abused. For example, when you first pull the wand out of the tube, it should fit snugly around it so as to coat each bristle with an even amount of mascara. Well, the bristles in this tube came out sopping wet and clumpy. My eyelashes resembled those that had had a heavily caked on layer of goo followed by a inundation of tears or something to that effect. I have tried numerous times to make it work, but I gave up.

I've always been skeptical about pricey mascaras because I was afraid to invest in them and then have the work mediocrely like some of the drugstore brands. Then I got a smaller size of MAC Zoom Lash in Black in a kit and it is the best mascara I have ever used! It creates voluminous, dramatic, lengthy lashes without crumbling off onto your face or smearing everywhere halfway through the day. I highly recommend it to anyone!

I was looking for a mascara that would give my lashes a dramatic look, so I went with the Zoom Lash mascara. There seemed to be mixed reviews, but I must say I wouldn't purchase this again. It does last, bt unfortunately it clumbs and smears, you have to use a last comb to help smooth it out. I love MAC products, but won't purchase this one again, Haute and Naughty Lash Mascara is a million times better!!!

This mascara does not work for me. It clumped right away and was hard to fix. I love MAC makeup and would reccomend any product, just not their mascara.
