These to me are the best eye liners out there. There waterproof, smudge proof, and long lasting. I wear them everyday and they stay on ALL DAY!!!! As long as you use an eye primer which I use paint pots they will last. Great colors as well.

It really does all they claim in the product description. Just in my opinion it is quite expensive, considering the fact it lasts so short!

Recently i ran out of eyeliner, so i went online here and checked this product's reviews. I have to say the people who rated this 1-2 are wrong, i went to MAC 3 weeks ago and i bought forever green, permaplum, and prussian. These lasted a very long time on my face, i even got complements at school from wearing these and i also recommend these to my friends. The colors are bold and it runs smoothly on my eyes, i will be repurchasing these again.

I have been a MAC user for the past 15 years, and have been using the same black "engraved" eyeliner for the past 10 years. I recently noticed a change in that specific eyeliner. I'm not sure if it is the inside of the pencil or the wood, but the new pencil provides for a very different application. It may be a change in suppliers for MAC, but as a customer and user for over 10 years, the eyeliner is now much more difficult to apply and the pencil needs to be sharpened every other use, which causes the eyeliner to last for a very short time. I highly suggest the old formula for the black "engraved" eyeliner be brought back. I have two stubs that I can send, the old formula and the new, if you would like to compare the difference. If someone could please get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I own this in Engraved and wore this during a hot summer of running, biking and long swims. The liner completely held it's own. It goes on easily and stayed on until I took it off.

For a good while I was using the Technakohl liner in Graphblack, which I still do like, but once I tried the Powerpoint one in Engraved I was instantly hooked. I love to use it to tight line along the waterline because it goes on fairly dark with just one swipe and easily builds up for more drama. Engraved is my primary color, though I also own it in Permaplum which makes my green eyes really pop.
Cons: Although it is quite long-lasting it does have a tendency to migrate down to my lower lash line, but that could just be me since I use eye drops. Removing it from my waterline can take a bit of work but with the proper eye makeup remover it isn't that big of a deal. It also tends to tug at the skin when used on the eye lid. I like to wing the end up a bit in sort of a cat-eye when I tight line and have found it's easier for me to drag the tip of the liner just a bit then smudge the line up into that cat-eye wing so it's nice and subtle.

At the age of 59, and after trying many high end cosmetics all my life, I have finally found the eyeliner that wet lines and dry lines with ALL DAY staying power and I do mean ALL DAY, regardless of heat, humidity, etc. I am sold on this. Mary

I have this liner in Stubborn Brown, which is gorgeous!
Pros: long lasting, easy to apply, water proof, smudge proof, color stays true, no tugging on lid when applying.
Cons: the only bad thing about this is the fact that I seem to have to sharpen it more than other liners because the tip is pretty soft. But the pros definitely outweigh cons.

I like the choice of colors, but this is too dry for me. It pulls on my lid and doesn't smudge to well. I enjoy the array of shades but for my purposes, I prefer the eye kohl.

I use it primarily on my lower water line and upper lids, however it's gone within a few hours. Smudges way too early and runs off. I expected more. Good to use if smudging is your ideal. Searching for a better liner....

The best one I've found and I have been lining my eyes for too many years to say! It doesn't RUN, smudge unless you want it to and the color I like is Duck because it isn't too stark and I can wear it all the time. You can make it darker or more accentuating but it's your choice. I live in heat and humidity and it truly works.

The product isn't bad, but it isn't great. There is nothing special about it. Also, the product only lasts for about a week. .04oz isn't very much product at all and certainly not worth $15.

I love these pencils- they are so soft. They tolerate my sanitizing "abuse" after each client and then sharpen up just like new each time. Love the color choices- don't think I'll rest until I have every color in my kit!

This is by FAR one of the best eyeliners I have ever used. I've always had issues with my liners smudging after only an hour or two of wearing. I decided to give this one a try and purchased it in Grey Utility.. I haven't regretted it yet. It lasts ALL day, and doesn't budge.

I live in Texas, where it's incredibly hot! Not to mention I am a woman of a certain age with a major hormone imballance. I am HOT! Most every eyeliner runs off my face shortly after application. I read the reviews on this and decided to give it a try. (I use fluidline in the winter) I was sceptical at first, but low and behold, this pencil actually stays where you put it and lasts all day long and into the evening. It does fade a little bit, but it doesn't "melt" I'm glad I purchased 4! :)

I have very oily skin, especially on my eye lids, and I have found this liner the only one that will stay put long term without running. I use mac primer and paints as a base for my eyes which helps the liner stay even better! I love the engraved color because its bold and intense and gives me the dramatic defined eye that I'm looking for. It's great for blending in too. The only issue I have is that I have to sharpen in every time I use it, which makes me go through it quickly. But otherwise, this is a fantastic liner and definitely worth trying!

I love these pencils! To begin with, the colors are dark enough and go on true. They stay on without smudging, even in hot humid weather. They don't irritate my sensitive eyes. My favorites are Bordeauxline and Buried Treasure. I've tried other Mac pencils but the Powerpoint Eye Pencils are the ones I'm sticking with.
