I really needed a good moisturizer and chap sticks did not work! I just got this and put it on before I went to sleep. When I woke up my lips were so soft! I am never going to waste my money on other lip moisturizers again!

I believe that this is a good lip conditioner, but not great. The formula is so thin, it feels messy when applied to the lips. It also does not hydrate for very long. I feel like the roll-up tube is much better. This is a good option if you plan on wearing lipstick over it and you just need a quick fix of moisture.

I had cracked lips before I decided to buy this Lip Conditioner by Mac, now I don't. In less than a week you will notice the changes if used continously especially as a nightly routine. It truly lives up to it's name, however I don't suggest wearing this under your Matte lipsticks.

I have tried many lip conditioners and by far I must admit that this is the best! My lips are softest and doesn't need a constant re-application like most conditioners. A client fav as well!!!

I originally purchased this for use under my matte lipsticks, but it works well alone on the lips! My lips no longer require me to apply this before applying matte lipsticks. Use very little before applying matte lipsticks or it will sheer the color! I'll keep purchasing!

I like the lip conditioner that MAC makes but was sad to see it not in a tub anymore. I don't care for the new packaging and while I do still like the product I feel I am having to reapply it more frequently. Were any ingredients changed? I loved the previous product and packaging and wish I could say the same for this but I can't. I will still use it but hope that you all release the previous again soon.

This lip conditioner is great. I use it once a day at night and I never have to put on chap stick during the day! I was skeptical if it was worth the $15, but it truly is! I noticed the difference the next morning.

Stop looking, stop wondering. You need something for those sad lips? THIS IS IT. I have a terrible habit of picking my lips. In the winter its the WORST because they get dry and if i feel ONE TINY hard piece of lip skin, I have this urge to rip it off. Its a gross and i hate it.
I received this product for Christmas and HOLY GUACAMOLE I am NEVER buying any other lip treatment/balm again. It smooths and hydrates almost instantly. My lips get chapped very easily and this does the trick 1000% . First off it has ZERO taste. Second it has this very light scent of something familiar from my childhood.. like vanilla candy. Its a very light scent so don't let the fact that it smells like candy deter you if you dont like sweet smells . It goes on very smooth and its not goopy or glossy. It feels like silk on the lips. I love wearing it under my lipsticks, but its great just by itself. I love it for windy days and really sunny days. I love it for cold days, dry days..EVERYDAY.
There is NO product like this on the market. BELIEVE ME..i have tried them ALL. I have battled this raging war with my lips since I was 13...and with the Mac Lip Conditioner- the war is over and I have won. PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER DISCONTINUE THIS PRODUCT. If you do I will be devastated and I will be forced to throw a rage party at MAC headquarters.

Best thing I have found to moisten and moisturize your lips. Believe me I have tried everything! Not greasy or slippery. Does not leave a film or nasty taste on your lips. Smells good! Stays on for hours.

I bought this because the lip conditioner in the pot was no longer available online or in stores. Im actually glad I bought it...its easier to apply since its in a tube and it still gets the job done. I wear it under my lipstick to give my lips some moisture (especially prior to applying matte colors) but most times I just wear alone as it keeps my lips kissably soft :)

After reading all the reviews for this product I decided to try it out. I generally have very dry lips with lots of lines so I have been looking for a very long time for a lip product that I actually loved.I put it on before bed and woke up with amazingly soft, supple lips! Now that I use it every night I swear my lips seem fuller. Definitely recommend.

I often have peeling lips, or sometimes my lips are just dry...not as supple as I would like, so I decided to try this. I almost didn't because I have the lip primer, however this is totally different from that. This is a "Lip Conditioner". I actually applied the primer on top of it and my lips look GREAT! I used it for the first time last night before going to bed. I woke up with a good looking pout! LOL. NO kidding..you gotta try it! You will not be disappointed

I have tried sooo many lipsticks, chap sticks, balms, etc. to help prevent dry lips in the dry Utah winters and this works the best! I can leave this on overnight, wipe it off in the morning, and it will keep my lips hydrated for about 12 hours during the day. It can be applied on top of lipstick for hydration and a tad bit of glossy shine. It smells and tastes like MAC lipsticks do (faint vanilla). I would rate this a 10 out of 10 if I could. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of dry, chapped lips fast or maintain healthy lips!

This is the first lip moisturizer that has really worked for me. So good that my daughter stole the very first one I bought; therefore, I had to buy another one.
I keep it on my night table to moisturize my lips at night after being exposed all day to the weather, dust and other pollutants.

this product is awesome BUT the stick version was 100 times better. I am so disappointed that they discontinued it. it has something to do with products with SPF. I hope people from mac read these reviews and remake this product in stick form without spf if need be because it was amazing and i was buying 1-2 a month and they were always sold out everywhere so I know it was a popular product.

Why discontinue the tinted version?

I have very dry lips. After wasting so much money on lip blams, I finally found my holy grail and have been living upon the lip conditioners for last 7 years. I used the tinted SPF version during the day and this version at night. But this year when I came back to purchase more for the coming Autumn season, I found that the tinted SPF version is gone! What a disappointment...
These days many other brands are just starting to make similar ones, but they don't have either SPF or tint or Vitamin, and usually too waxy. Mac Tinted SPF was the best! Why discontinue it when more customers are now starting to pay attention to tinted lip balms? I wish Mac is planning for another version of the tinted SPF lip conditioners - hopefully in tubes, so that it won't be as heavy to carry around during the day.
