I just got this new palette. The colors are neutral but at the same time, they have something different about them which makes it stand out more. It is easy to use these to dress up as well.

does not look like colors in pic...recomended by chat...already on way back...i cannot begin guess who this would look good on..very strange pallet...on way back for refund!!

I tried these colors out today at the MAC store, and I find them to be quite amazing. I bought the palette to blend with other MAC shadows that I already own. I have NC35 skin and all colors showed up amazingly well. Blonde Mink looks great on top of Filament. (I also used Wedge to blend in contour and Black Tied in the corners) The Enviable (minty green) is pretty too, but in my opinion it looks better/more pigmented on dark skin. (The darker, the better.) Overall, a great deal for the 5 Colors that can go with anything.

I purchased this at the same time as the smokey eye palette and I like this one more! It has better pigmentation and the colors are easier to blend.
I didn't think the first 2 shadows in the palette were worth much at first, but I LOVE the magical mist color now. it's so pretty when used with the mint green shadow. Perfect for winter.
all in all, I think it is a tad overpriced, BUT I'm still happy with this purchase nonetheless.

It comes in a pretty package...

...but the actual shadows are TERRIBLE. The first two in the palette do not show up at all..even with heavy application. The two brown mattes are patchy and not very pigmented. The interesting medium mint green is not bad but also not worth splashing out the price of the entire palette for one "ok" shadow. Oh MAC..why have you been failing me so?
