I bought this eye shadow on impulse because it has Marilyn Monroe on it and I love her. But I actually really like this color for a highlight in the corner of my eye and on my brow bone. The shimmer is a little bit gritty but it's not bad enough for me to have a problem with it.

Everything from this collection was absolutely amazing.. colors are vibrant, texture is smooth, colors are blendable..MAC out did themselves with this line, Perfect for the Late Monroe.

Unfortunately, How To Marry did not impress me much. MAC currently carries a similar variety of eyeshadows that compare almost identically to the color payoff of this item. Now, that's as an eyeshadow; but as a cheek highlight it is fantastic! It's extemely blendable and gives you more hummph that Luna creme base is missing.

I got the Showgirl eyeshadow and loved it! The color is gorgeous; however, you may have to add a few more applications to get a more "pigmented" color, but besides that it's not a bad eyeshadow!

Highly impressed with the subtle sensuality that marries the shadows with the smouldering eye Kohls. I prefer the quiet sexuality of timeless beauty portrayed by the Marilyn Monroe collection. An elegant curtsy to who ever put this collection together. Thank goodness I had the good sense to buy it all when I found out because to those who did not, you missed timeless collection. Thanks MAC for again making me fall deeper in love with your products.
