These things are amazing! I own two--Bare Study and Indianwood--and I just ordered Rubenesque. I don't love spending tons of time on my makeup in the summer, so I needed a quick fix for beautiful, summery eyes: these paint pots really do the trick! I just swipe em on, add some eyeliner and mascara, and I'm out the door! It's my new favorite summer 2011 product, and a must-have! I highly recommend Indianwood for the summer months because it gives your eyes a nice bronzy glow. I've been using my paint pots daily for more than a month and I've barely made a dent in the pot. These are going to last awhile. I haven't experienced any creasing, nor have my paint pots dried out at all. Make sure that you keep the lid on tight! Wonderful product. After I get my hands on Rubenesque, I plan on adding Painterly and Constructivist to my collection as well. (: MAC, you've done it again!

I have indianwood... and it is soooo pretty! It actually shows up lighter and more shimmery than the picture. Which i love! It is one of my favorite paint pots and i use it almost everyday! It is so worth the price!

I have oily skin in warmer climates. When it's hot outside, or when I cry, my eyeshadow stays put!! I have this in Quite Natural. It blends in VERY well with my NC50 skin tone. Thanks again, M.A.C. for making all the right products for people like me.

I love MAC's paint pots, they are the perfect primer for my other make up. My make-up will stay on all day, regardless of how busy I get. Several people have even asked how I keep my make-up on all day and this is my answer.

I have very pale skin and I bought it in the palest color and I love it. It gives a soft shine to my eyes with liquid black liner. Its amazing for work because I dont feel like its caked on or too much

I love love Mac Paint Pots just as much as the eyeshadows and the foundations. To anyone who doesn't know what a paint pot is, it's kinda like a pigmented eye primer. You can wear it alone, but I like to pat on the color over the eyeshadow to give it a bolder look. I would definitely buy this again

I am so pleased with my on -line purchase of Rubenesque. Thiis was is my 1st Paint Pot and the 1st time in over 40 years of wearing makeup that I used an eyeshadow base.
First, Rubenesque is a beautiful ,subtle color that defies description. It is a rich, shimmery, golden peach that blends well with any color of shadow I have put over it including Corduroy, Haute, Omega, Fashion Fix, Uninterrupted and Hot Paprika. How it works well with so many warm and cool shades I don't know but I find I can't live without it.
Second, it allows me blend more easily whatever product I lay on top whether it be a matte or a shimmery shade of shadow. It also adds an extra dimension to my shadow, especially on camera it gives depth to my eye makeup it never had before using it.
Third, nothing creases nor budges once I've finished applying my eye make up over it.
My only regret is that I didn't start using this product sooner.
I will definitely repurchase and most certainly purchase other colors.

I do lots of photoshoots and I must say that SOFT OCHRE is the BEST base I've EVERRRRR used! So worth the money I will be buying more of them. Be sure to have a nice natural makeup remover because this stuff doesn't budge!
I give this a 5star rating even though MAC is only letting me select 4 stars right now.

Paint pots are awesome! I use them alone or under eyeshadows, it's great that they are multi purpose. Also cool colors, I own 3 of them and just ordered the new one from the bake collection, can't wait to get it :-). It is a white frosting...yay!

I can't believe I went so long without having these in my life. I don't use any of my other bases anymore, I just adore them, I wish they had more colors but the 2 that I have are absolute staples. Painterly is my absolute fave, can't live without it for sure. Doesn't crease, almost complete opaque coverage, lasts all day, I could go on forever.

MAC caters to young people. This is not for older women. Too drying. Eye shadow looks good at first but eyelids start to look like alligator skin after a couple of hours. I even used a primer first. Will not repurchase

I use painterly as my base to even my skin tone to make the eyeshadow true color come through as I have a strong yellow undertone. Brightens up my eye area, looks great.

I love love love this product! It is the perfect eyeshadow base for my pale, cool toned skin. I have also used it as a concealer when I didn't have one and it worked really good for that too! Will definitely repurchase when I finish this one! :)

I have a red cast to the skin on my eyelid -- it is really hard to get a true color eyeshadow look competing with this problem. When I use Painterly as my base, all eyeshadow colors are true and the redness is gone. Totally incredible!

I bought Let's Skate and Reubenesque and you can't really tell until you apply it, but it's awesome. They are both very sparkly. Love them!!!!

I've been using this for quite a while and I must say that this really is long wearing and I love using this alone or under my shadows. I transfer a small amount to a separate container to prevent all the product to dry up fast from opening the container every time I use it.
