I don't feel this mascara is for those with already long lashes like myself. However I have found that this mascara is great for people with short lashes. Most of my friends have short lashes. Now this mascara comes with an extremely thick brush. The brush feels rough, cheap, and extremely plasticy when applying mascara. It can possibly irritate people with very sensitive eyes. The only other reason I have for not giving this mascara a full five stars is that it does not make your lashes look "false". I honestly think it only makes them look a tiny bit thicker then the natural state.

I have tried MANY brands of mascara over the years and this is, by far, the best. If you have thin, fine, shorter eyelashes, this is your mascara. It truly does lengthen, separate and thicken lashes without clumping or curling every which direction/spidery looking. I use one coat of lash primer and one coat of mascara and my lashes look amazing. I am so glad that I tried this mascara -- love, love, love it!

This mascara is great with separating my lashes, but it doesn't make them look full or dramatic. I mainly use it on my bottom lashes (where I don't want a full look) and use another brand on my upper lashes.

This mascara works so well on me! It gives my lashes length and lift and they hold their shape all day. It's easy to apply and you don't have to put on a thousand coats to make your lashes look good. I absolutely love it.

I have very fine lashes (so fine they cannot be seen without mascara, and I have dark brown hair) and I have been looking and looking for a mascara that will fill them out without them being overwhelmed with product and all clumped together. This mascara is like the miracle I have been looking for!! At last I have full beautiful lashes!! This was recommended to me by a rep at a MAC store in Toronto, THANK YOU!!

I have very short straight eyelashes, the drugstore brands just made them look even worst!
I tried false lash and I fell in love! It made my lashes look long, flirty, romantic and eveything else in between! I don't think I'll use any other mascara

This is the only Mac mascara I have tried, and I love it...I do use the prep and prime, primer with it..I get fullness and lengthening, without smudges, and no crispy spider looking lashes here. It is fabulous for my thick but short lashes ! The dark color stays until time to remove it, and it is easy to remove... I would recommend the False Lash Mascara to anyone !!!

When I bought this product I was afraid of a big clumpy mess since most "huge lashes" promises end that way. It was the opposite. It's more on the dry side which is good to build up lashes and curl. After a few coats I was pretty impressed. But honestly, I've used cheap mascaras that did just as well. It's an awesome mascara, but you can definitely find a cheaper one at any drugstore. Still good but the price is just too much for my taste. If you still wanna get it and like your lashes really bold and dark, go for the extreme black. This ones just a tad on the lighter side.

This mascara is amazing i always get compliments from False Lashes and people think my lashes look so long there fake. But there all mine and there super dramatic that i wear it everyday for that sexy lash look ! i seriously recommend it Ive been using m.a.c for about 8 years this is the best mascara so far.

I really like this mascara. I finally settled on it after going through a lot of others that I didn't like. I've never had any issues with it running or not staying on all day like some of the other reviewers. I've been using it for several months, so I think I would have noticed by now if it had those problems.
I appreciate the curl and the lack of clumping. My eyelashes are already long, dark, and thick, so these characteristics are the ones that matter most to me.

this mascara is overall ok it dose make ur lashes look full/thicke and vrey long. the brush curls and separate's the lashes! but it smells like ink and i know ''false lashes'' isn't waterproof. but come on it runs and get in my eyes and burns i don't know about anyone else but it burns my eyes! but other then that its pretty good !

I have thin short lashes and this product did nothing for me. I worked with it alot but it didn't lengthen nor volumize my lashes. Although it did spread my lashes and they did not clump, i hate it because it looked the same just slightly blacker. I'm returning mine and going back to the zoom black lash. I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst mascara I have purchased. It does not stay on throughout the day... I have black stuff in the corner of my eyes and if it gets wet- say you are walking in the rain- you have Ink running down your face. Would not recommend spending the money on this product

I have used many formulas of mascara, but I have never found a mascara that can actually curl my lashes by its self. My lashes stick straight out and barely curl with a lash curler, primer and mascara applied. False Lashes give my lashes a beautiful yet natural curl. They look long and beautiful with just two coats. This is my go to mascara for day or night wear. It doesn't flake or feel crunchy when dry. I will definitely continue to buy this product, it really made me believe in mascara again just when I was about to give up!

This is the BEST mascara I have ever used. It takes my lashes and makes them look AWESOME! The color is an intense rich black, not that barely there fake black other brands make. I must say I have tried all mascaras out there and always settled on the $5 one because I couldn't justify paying so much for mascaras that did not work worth a poo. This one is the only one that does what is says. Pair this with the Mac prep & prime and WOW, eyelash heaven.
