This is without a doubt the best moisturizer on the market for sensitive skin. I love to apply it right before applying my make-up for the day because it is lightweight and absorbs into the skin quickly. It relieves my redness and seems to even aid in healing irritated areas of skin when I apply it after removing my make-up at bedtime. I even use a small dollop on the end of a q-tip to apply directly to dry patches of skin after using my foundation, right before I apply my pressed powder. I am addicted! Love it!!

During winter my acne medicine made me peel, this helped so much! put it on at night thick, and before makeup very thin so your makeup is more even if you have super dry skin. I will keep this in mind for summer when I start to peel if I am in the sun too long. Smells amazing too!

Okay, so you'd think MAC and you envision the 20 somthing crowd right? Well, I'm 41 and love it. My skin had become so dry. And we all know that dryness means those horrible lines called wrinkles become more visible. Anyway, long story short. I went into pick up a bottle of the new mineral foundation during which I told Meagan, the makeup artist at Hulan Mall, what was troubling me. She recommended this night cream literally a week ago. I was hesitant at first because I think I night cream and I feel like I should shopping in a section filled with blue hair. Not true! This is not your grandmothers night cream! A week later and my skin has done a complete turn around! I went from 41 to, well, lets just say my skin looks and feels 2 decades younger. Which does as much if not more for my spirit and confidence. I feel great! Love this product! Can't wait to try more of the skin care line!!!

I was on the lookout for a nice moisturizer for my combo/oily sensitive skin and I received a generous sample from the Mac counter, after I just purchased Kiehl's lightweight Rosa arctica face moisturizer (sorry kiehls, but this was still to heavy and tacky, plus made my face itch). I actually used up my Mac cc cream after 2 days of using the Rosa arctica and disliking the feel. The Mac cc cream was so lightweight, did not break me out, not too greasy or heavy, and my face was super soft. I only wish I would have purchased the cc cream instead of kiehls, but I am frugal, so I will finish my Rosa arctica, and most definitely purchase the cc cream from now on. To me, the cc cream is a no frills moisturizer, but if you are looking for a lightweight calming wonderful moisturizer, I definitely recommend mac's cc cream

Thank you for this MAC! Comfort is really in this jar right here. Skin feels very smooth after application, and because it's so rich you only need a pea size amount for each application (sometimes even less!).
When applying, it's best to let it rest and soak into the skin for 5 mins. My face felt a little tacky at first, but after waiting it felt divine! My sensitive skin feels pampered and plumed. So far I've only worn it by itself, will update once I've tried it under makeup.
The smell is not overwhelming and fades about 30 mins after application, texture is very thick and rich and feels very comforting. Still feel hydrated and smooth 4 hours later so we shall see how this works out in the long run.

I love this moisturizer. The jar lasts forever. I have sensitive skin and this product does not break me out like so many others do. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's worth it because of how long the jar lasts. The only complaint I have about this is I wish it had an SPF built in. I'm very fair skinned and need all the extra sun protection I can get! But, the pros definitely outweigh the cons with this one!

This moisturizer is absolutely perfect for my skin, completely divine! I have very fair skin that is quite temperamental. When my skin is behaving its actually normal, but products easily throw it out of balance. A lot of moisturizers are either too heavy and make me break out or are too light and I end up flaky from being dry. Comfort Creme is the perfect level of moisture! My skin is always very hydrated but this never feels heavy. Some moisturizers have irritated my skin, for unknown reasons. Comfort Creme is very gentle. I can use as little or as much as needed, depending on the season, and my skin is always happy. This is by far the best moisturizer I have ever used and I plan on using it as long as MAC keeps it around!!

This creme changed my whole skin routine. I had rough and dry skin with red patches from dry outs from cheap makeup and this moisturizer completely got rid of all of the damage from the moment I put it on. I apply this every time I was my face to prevent dry out. It goes on so smooth and will dry almost immediately. This creme was also not oily for the amount it hydrates, so def a great change in moisturizer! It also smells amazing. Totally worth $32.00, and the amount will last you a while if you use it accordingly!

I LOVE this creme! I grew up in the dry desert so I'm used to having dry skin pretty much all the time, even with using lotion multiple times a day. This creme has changed my skin completely within a matter of 2 days. I put it on at night after I wash my face and just a light layer in the morning before putting on my makeup. It's absolutely wonderful and if you're even considering buying this, stop considering and buy it now! It's worth every penny.

I've used moisturizers everyday before I put my makeup on for years, but I never found one I was actually satisfied with. This product was recommended to me in the store, and I've been using the same jar since January! (it's June.) Until recently, I have not had a single acne breakout since I've been using this, and it really has reduced the redness in my face. (breakout caused by summer heat). This stuff seriously works within days. And it makes my face so soft. It's not heavy, so I can use a primer and foundation without feeling like I have a million products on. Yeah, it's kinda pricey, but it works...and I mean, it's not something you'll have to buy very often. I definitely recommend this for rosecea/lupus rashes and sensitive dry skin.

The comfort creme is essential if you are going to be using anything MAC. My face was so irritated from another foundation I went into MAC looking for something new. The first thing the women at MAC did was put comfort creme on my face. It soothed the redness and made me feel like my face was moisturized for the first time. I will forever be using this amazing moisturizer. Not to mention the fact that it didn't hurt my already oily T-Zone. This is just a must have to your collection.

I have EXTREMELY dry skin - in the summer and winter - and have used many products trying to find that perfect moisturizer for me. I tried this product and fell completely in love. My face feels soft and doesn't feel like it's cracking. My face feels so smooth that I keep touching it. In addition, my foundation goes on, and feels, a lot better. I will never use another product.

I have extremely dry skin & just bought this over the weekend. I must say within a couple of days, I've noticed a difference in my skin! It's much softer and moisturized. Also, this cream smells amazing! Yes, it's expensive, but I think it's totally worth it!

This product was recommended to me in a live chat. In the colder months I have a problem with dry, flaky, red irritated skin around my mouth. To be honest I was embarrassed by it. (Makeup couldn't hide the flaking ) I've only been using this product for a few days and already I don't have to worry about trying to hide the flaky dry skin. It's gone! This is a thicker cream but it absorbs into the skin unbelievably fast and you don't need much of this at all. I'm not a fan of products that come in pots/jars I prefer pump bottles only because with this product I feel I have to apply it with a brush because I don't put my fingers in jars/pots ever. I just don't want germs getting into the products I use. This cream has a light scent. To me it smells similar to Fix+. I should also include this cream does not feel heavy or greasy on the skin at all. My skin feels soft and well hydrated all day with this cream. This is the only moisturizer I will ever use. I can even justify the price for this. You will see results almost immediately with this cream and because you don't need much, it will last a long time. If you're thinking about buying this stop thinking and just buy it. You won't be sorry.

I love this cream especially when i am not applying make up over it like on the weekends. It is thick and creamy but dissolves nicely into my skin and keeps it soft all day. I have to love the way a product smells and this smells great like most MAC products. It really is comfort creme like the name says!

I Loved Loved Loved the Moisture Lush Cream but it's discontinued. So I thought I'd give this a try and not what I was hopeing for. During winter I need heavy duty moisture, it's silky, fast absorbing and non-oily but I have to reapply 3-4 times just so my skin doesn't feel tight. This would be a great a summer moisturizer...especially since it's very hot and humid here during the summer. My next buy....Studio Moisture Cream, we'll see how that goes.

I purchased this after a foundation trial with a MAC artist. My skin is very fair and easily irritated due to rosacea. It moisturizes with out leaving my face feeling greasy.

I have used so many different lotions, and I would break out from almost all of them. I would sometimes even get small rashes from them, because I have such sensitive skin. Once I started using this lotion my face is smooth and hasn't broken out. It hasn't caused any irritation at all! It's AMAZING.
